THE GOAL

Focusing on indoor environments and how people excel under the right conditions, specialists in commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and mechanical services, 361 Degrees, work with their customers to help them understand how to create the right conditions for success.

361 Degrees’ Marketing & Business Development Director Lewis English came to the Ecrubox team in December 2017 looking for help with increasing the brand’s online presence and awareness, and most importantly, to drive a greater number of high quality leads through their website.

OUR WORK

With these goals in mind, Ecrubox worked with Lewis and his team to develop a strategic Inbound Marketing strategy. We started working with 361 Degrees on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and optimising their Pay Per Click (PPC) strategy on Adwords in the first half of 2018, and then introduced a full content strategy across Paid and Organic Social and Public Relations in August 2018.

Paid Social

With a very niche target audience, we utilised paid social to help enhance the work that was being done in other areas, and run specialist campaigns.

Pay Per Click

We set up 361 Degrees’ AdWords account and implemented their PPC campaigns, monitoring and optimising ads on a daily basis.

Digital Strategy

We helped 361 Degrees to build a digital strategy from scratch, identifying key opportunities and audiences.

Organic Social & Content

A key part of the strategy was to manage the brands organic social, interacting with users and posting regular, engaging content.

Public Relations

To help enhance 361 Degrees’ industry authority within the industry, we often utilised PR in order to get the brand more widely recognised.

Reporting & Insight

As well as daily as optimisation and monitoring of insights, we also produced an in-depth monthly report to summarise activity and results.
